I know I called you last week to let you know my guitar (Larrivée L-10) made it safe and sound, but wanted to drop you a line and let you know how truly pleased I am with it. Not only is it simply beautiful but it plays and sounds like a dream. The action right out of the box was excellent, and speaking of boxes, just looking at the packaging of this guitar and the care that went into insuring my guitar arrived safely speaks volumes about the quality that must go into the construction. Being a leftie I'm used to the limited availability of left handed instruments, especially on the higher end models. Because of this I wasn't to surprised that when I started shopping around for price and availability of a left hand L-09, never thought I could afford the L-10 that I really wanted, that nobody had anything in stock and I was looking at a 8 to 12 week lead time. That is until I talked to you, not only did you have many left hand models in stock, you gave me a price for a L-10 that beat most of the price quotes I received on the L-09s, and it was at my doorstep in under a week. Once again I would like to thank you for the great deal and professional service you gave me and hope to do business with you again. My GAS symptoms have been greatly alleviated by the acquisition of this guitar but they do have a way of building up until they simply must be addressed. |
