The Flaxwood DZM-N Vasara, which translates into “Hammer” in English, features DiMarzio Crunchlab and FRED® pickups. The fat, crunchy, power chord goodness is topped off with a Gotoh Tune-O-Matic bridge for screaming harmonics and sustain for days. The Flaxwood DZM-N Vasara is on it’s way to the eager hands of readers of the heavy rock and metal persuasion. It is is available in Piki black gloss finish.
The Flaxwood 3S-T Haari Special provides the craftsmanship and tone we have come to know and love from Flaxwood but they have take it a step further by offer a unique pickup configuaration with a Seymour Duncan SP90 in the neck complemented with two Seymour Duncan SSL-6′s. This arrangements gives you that fat, strat like tone that can be dialed into a more soul full jazz vibe with a turn of the featured 5 way switch with unique wiring that allows for all three pickups to used multiple configurations. This is all wrapped in a Saraste tobaccoburst.
